I would highly recommend Justin and the LJ Hooker Mile end team to other prospective vendors. I was impressed by Justin's professionalism and knowledge and in particular his follow up process. I received a call after each open inspection with feedback along with a written report. The prospective buyers also were followed up which doesn't always happen with other agents.

Justin was very knowledgeable about the market and realistic with his appraisal from the beginning; he gave us informed and responsible advice about the whole process, carefully considering our particular situation and needs. He was very understanding and patient with our concerns and very helpful in the negotiating process, putting things in perspective for us and being objective and professional at all times which closed the sale successfully in the end.
